About Enrico De Luca

Enrico De Luca is a partner at DL-LAW and has specialised in employment law and industrial relations for more than 25 years, providing daily assistance to companies across various industries. Enrico began his career in 1999, developing specific expertise throughout the years by collaborating with leading specialised firms, including international ones in Milan, where he held roles as partner and founding partner. His work primarily focuses on the labour and employment aspects of reorganisations, restructuring processes, M&A, and private equity transactions. Enrico is admitted to the Milan Bar and to practise before the Supreme Court. He is a member of the Italian Employment Lawyers Association and actively participates in various international Chambers of Commerce.
