Stefania Raviele has been a partner at DL-LAW since June 2024 and involved in labour law and industrial relations for more than 15 years, taking on increasingly significant roles at a labour law specialised firm. The author of numerous publications on labour law and industrial relations, Stefania is an expert in managing complex industrial relations and corporate social sustainability and guides companies through certification processes focused on gender equality and HR management (paying particular attention to diversity and inclusion). Additionally, she operates in all areas of labour and union law ‒ both extrajudicial and contentious ‒ and has experience of handling the labour law aspects of major M&A operations.
