About Valentino Biasi

Valentino Biasi has been a partner at DL-LAW since June 2024. Thanks to 15 years spent providing assistance in all phases of labour relations management for Italian and international companies from the industrial, commercial, banking and design sectors, Valentino has acquired particular expertise in agency law and an in-depth knowledge of corporate restructuring and reorganisation processes ‒ with a focus on trade union negotiations in the context of collective dismissal procedures, extraordinary operations, and collective transfers. He also has experience of handling labour law aspects of major M&A operations. Valentino is admitted to the Milan Bar and is the author of numerous publications on labour law and industrial relations.
