About Ted Canter

Ted Canter is a former Assistant US Attorney for the Northern District of Alabama, where he served as the office’s computer hacking and intellectual property and COVID-19 fraud co-ordinator. As a federal prosecutor, Ted handled cybercrime, complex financial fraud, and other white-collar cases. He previously practised at Proskauer Rose LLP in New York, representing corporations and executives in DOJ and SEC investigations, antitrust matters, and securities litigation. Ted also worked in the US Senate and House of Representatives, bringing a policy background to his practice. At Litson PLLC, he focuses on internal investigations, government enforcement actions, and complex litigation.
