About Anuj Gupta

Anuj Gupta is the founder and managing partner of WADR Law, where he represents start-ups, creators, and media and entertainment companies on corporate, intellectual property, and business affairs matters. He counsels clients on entity formation, financing, IP strategy, and commercial agreements, and advises on risk management and negotiation strategy across the content and product life cycle. He is also a frequent speaker on legal issues in media and technology and serves as an adjunct professor at American University’s School of Communication. Before founding WADR, Anuj held in-house and general counsel roles at venture-backed companies, including Vox Media, Mashable, and Facebook.
