About Aytuğ Büyükatak

Aytuğ Büyükatak obtained his LLM from Erasmus University Rotterdam and has been a practising lawyer since 2009. He provides extensive legal consultancy to high net worth individuals and corporate investors from the Gulf region, focusing on real estate investments, project development structures and zoning matters in Türkiye. He has led real estate transactions exceeding USD500 million in the past two years. He also advises on mergers and acquisitions and currently manages transactions totalling approximately USD200 million. He holds a PhD in corporate governance in joint stock companies and leads the firm’s investment consultancy practice. He is a member of The Hague Academy of International Law.
