About Burak Büyükatak

Burak Büyükatak graduated from Istanbul Kültür University and joined Eyüboğlu Büyükatak Law Firm in 2016. He specialises in real estate, construction and urban transformation projects, providing legal support in land share agreements, lease law, administrative negotiations and residence and work permits. He has independently managed more than 50 urban transformation projects and advised major construction companies on high-risk disputes and regulatory compliance. Known for his fast-paced and solution-oriented approach, he regularly represents clients in rental disputes and alternative dispute resolution processes. His practice combines strong field experience with practical legal strategy, particularly in complex real estate development matters.
