About Mahmut Eyüboğlu

Mahmut Eyüboğlu graduated from Bilkent University (Faculty of Law) and founded Eyüboğlu Büyükatak Law Firm in 2015 after working as in-house counsel for a REIT company. He advises domestic and international investors on real estate law, urban transformation projects, land registry transactions, corporate law and litigation. He has represented contractors and landowners in over 50 urban transformation and development projects, including large-scale investments exceeding USD1 billion. He has lectured on urban transformation law at Istanbul University and frequently advises foreign investors on Turkish property markets. His strong international network enables efficient co-ordination with global clients across multiple jurisdictions.
