About Mahmud Zahaf

Mahmud Zahaf obtained his LLB in Commercial and Corporate Law from the University of Buckingham in the UK. Mahmud gained legal experience abroad, where he worked in a UK-based law firm. In 2013, he joined Zahaf & Partners Law Firm as an associate and has since built a strong portfolio as a consultant in many commercial and civil matters. Leading high-profile M&As and project transactions, Mahmud possesses prolific expertise in counselling clients when it comes to complex regulatory approvals regarding the transaction and sale of projects in the oil and gas industry.
