About David Brooks

David Brooks is a senior counsel in the Houston office of Cokinos | Young. He specialises in the negotiation of telecommunications easements and leases, and has substantial experience in representing clients in the negotiation of wind, solar and battery storage leases and related agreements. David also represents clients in a wide range of real estate matters, including the acquisition, financing, development and disposition of commercial, single-family and multifamily properties, and he represents both landlords and tenants in the negotiation of office, retail, restaurant and industrial leases.
