About Philip Kinkaid

Philip Kinkaid is a senior counsel in the Houston office of Cokinos | Young, where he is a member of the real estate practice group. His real estate practice focuses primarily on acquisitions and divestitures of commercial real property, leasing transactions (including ground leases and sale-leasebacks) and development projects. Philip has assisted clients with many types of real estate, including multifamily properties, shopping centres, office buildings, industrial facilities, ranches, university and municipal properties, and timberland and other unimproved land.
