Taylor Cooksey is a principal in the Houston office of Cokinos | Young, where he leads the firm’s real estate practice group. His experience includes the acquisition, leasing, financing, development and disposition of improved and unimproved properties. Projects include portfolio acquisitions and developments of multifamily (multiple cities and states) or single-family residential units (including master-planned communities and coastal development), office buildings, retail, condominiums, museums, banks and schools. His clients include national and local developers, prominent families, public and private companies, and non-profit institutions.
