About Ilya Kirichenko

Ilya Kirichenko of Legit Advocates’ Bureau is an advocate of the Almaty City Bar Association, specialising in litigation and arbitration disputes, corporate officers’ liability and economic offences, corporate law and copyright. His experience includes corporate, commercial, tax, contractual litigation and arbitration, and he also has a right of audience at the AIFC Court. For seven years he has advised a major advertising holding company on issues of legality of use of certain elements in advertising materials, copyright and related rights, as well as on foreign economic transactions. He also has experience in sports law. He has acted as an arbitrator in the IAC AIFC, Kazakhstan International Arbitrage and the International Arbitration Court “IAC”.
