Yelena Dvoretskaya-Yussupova is an advocate at Legit Advocates’ Bureau and a member of the Almaty City Bar Association, specialising in litigation (including litigation in the AIFC Court) and arbitration disputes, corporate officers’ liability, economic offences and corporate law. Mrs Dvoretskaya-Yussupova’s experience includes litigation and arbitration in contract and corporate law, commercial matters, public-private partnerships and tax disputes.
