About Guillermo Malatrassi

Guillermo Malatrassi serves as a partner at ICMS and heads the mining and infrastructure projects area. He has over 20 years of experience advising national and multinational companies, with a focus on competition law. Guillermo graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (1999) and holds an LLM in Corporate Law from the University of Pennsylvania (2005). He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association and the Chilean Society of Construction Law.
