About Jean-Christophe Devouge

Jean-Christophe Devouge is a partner at Aurès, focuses on advising corporates, boards of directors and investors on a broad range of M&A transactions and significant business matters, including sensitive corporate governance issues and disputes. He has particular expertise in matters related to listed companies. Prior to founding Aurès, Jean-Christophe practised with leading US firm Davis Polk. He is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and of the Panthéon Sorbonne University, and has also been appointed Co-Chair of the French Securities Lawyers Association (ADB).
