Benjamin D. Hicks is co-founder of Wagner Hicks PLLC in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he leads the firm’s transactional practice, focusing on M&A, fundraising, and general corporate and commercial transactions. Mr Hicks advises businesses in deals across a range of industries and at every stage of their life cycle, with particular experience representing clients in the private equity, technology, financial services and healthcare sectors. Prior to co-founding Wagner Hicks PLLC, Mr Hicks practiced in the New York office of an international law firm before joining a major regional firm in Charlotte.
