About Jeffrey M Pollock

Jeffrey M Pollock (Jeff) is an elected member of the American College of Coverage Counsel (ACCC), the American College of Environmental Lawyers (ACOEL) and of the American Law Institute, where he participated as an adviser on the Restatement of Insurance. He is a graduate of Hamilton College (1984) and of New York University School of Law (1987). Upon graduating from NYU, Jeff served as a judicial law clerk for the Chief Judge of the Eighth Circuit United States Court of Appeals (Hon. Donald P Lay). Jeff, who served on the Supreme Court of New Jersey’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee, has served as both policyholder’s counsel and as a party arbitrator in numerous insurance disputes.
