About Jeffrey M. Pollock

Jeffrey M. Pollock is the managing member of Pollock Law, LLC, which he founded in 2024 after 21 years at Fox Rothschild LLP. He has practised since 1987 in insurance coverage, environmental and complex commercial litigation, and is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a civil trial attorney. He is an elected member of the American Law Institute and a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, the American College of Coverage Counsel and the American College of Environmental Lawyers. He has served on four New Jersey Supreme Court committees and instructs for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.
