About Giacomo Bertelli

Giacomo Bertelli of NIUS provides employment law advice to Italian companies in relation to the establishment, management and termination of employment relationships, having gained particular experience in the areas of internal policies, disciplinary proceedings, fixed-term contracts, staff leasing contracts, tenders, demotion and dismissals, both individual and collective. He also advises clients on company transfers, reorganisation plans and privacy. Giacomo has particular knowledge of the industrial, engineering and commercial sectors, and also deals with employment law litigation. He is a member of the EELA (European Employment Lawyers Association) and the IBA (International Bar Association).
