About María Victoria Funes

María Victoria Funes is a finance and corporate partner at Bomchil. She previously worked as a foreign associate at Linklaters LLP (New York). She specialises in fintech regulations, including the design and development of e-payment platforms and peer-to-peer credit platforms, cryptocurrencies and security tokens. She is a member of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires and of the Committee of Banking Lawyers of Argentina. She is a professor in the Department of Economic and Business Law at Universidad de Buenos Aires and the author of various publications focused on fintech, crypto and foreign exchange regulations.
