About Pablo J Alliani

Pablo J Alliani is a partner with Bomchil, where he leads the oil and gas practice. He joined Bomchil in November 2020, after 25 years as leader of the international energy practice at his former firm. He has counselled international oil and gas majors, independent companies and utilities in oil and gas contracts negotiations, regulatory matters, M&A and on new infrastructure projects. As an example of his representations, Mr Alliani assisted one of the oil and gas majors in the largest development in Vaca Muerta. He holds a JD degree from University of Buenos Aires and an LLM from Southern Methodist University; he was a foreign visiting attorney with Baker Botts.
