About Centus Macauley

Centus Macauley is a barrister-at-law, solicitor and managing partner at Macauley, Bangura & Co, with over 25 years’ experience in corporate and commercial law and practice. He has extensive experience advising and representing clients in cross-border and domestic transactions, mergers and acquisitions, fintech, data protection, energy, ESG, mines and mineral resources, oil and gas, project finance, infrastructure commercial disputes and litigation. Centus is a notary public, commissioner for oaths, former lecturer at the University of Sierra Leone and former Secretary General of the Sierra Leone Bar Association. He currently sits in the Rules of Court Committee of Sierra Leone.
