Eugen Sarbu of Sarbu Partners is a Romanian lawyer with more than ten years of experience, specialising in Romanian public procurement, international arbitration in Romania, Romanian construction law and commercial disputes. He has represented clients before arbitration courts in Switzerland, France, Spain, England and Austria, applying Romanian law and other private law systems, including EU commercial law. He also represents clients in corporate, insolvency, contractual disputes and recognition and enforcement of foreign awards matters. In terms of public procurement, he has strong technical skills and advises clients in drafting tenders.
