About Pía Parmar

Pía Parmar is a founding partner of Silva & Parmar Abogados, with broad experience in advising insurers and reinsurers on regulatory issues, product development, claims and recovery actions involving large and complex property risks in Chile. She has led market entry and licensing processes of insurance companies and brokers; she works closely with insurance regulators, and supports clients on compliance, governance and commercial structuring matters. Known for her strategic judgement, commercial awareness and pragmatic results, she is also an active member and President of Chilean Young AIDA.
