About Abdul Muqtadir Khan

Abdul Muqtadir Khan is a partner at Khan & Arshad. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, corporate and regulatory advisory, taxation and dispute resolution. Mr Khan regularly advises and represents domestic and international clients, financial institutions, public sector entities and governmental organisations in complex commercial, constitutional and regulatory matters before the superior courts, tribunals and arbitral forums in Pakistan. He holds an LLM in International Corporate Governance and Financial Regulation from the University of Warwick. Mr Khan regularly advises and represents clients in international arbitration proceedings and on the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards in Pakistan.
