Ivo also has strong experience in banking and finance, capital markets and competition law. During his career over the last 14 years, Ivo advised leading market players on multi-billion complex real estate and energy transactions, including the assessment and resolution of real estate matters in combination with energy, regulatory and/or financing issues.
