Matěj Manderla
is a founding partner at Tenacta. Known for his analytical rigour and pragmatic approach, he specialises in commercial law, restructurings, insolvency, complex disputes and contract law. He has extensive experience in high-value transactions and precedent-setting litigation, combining legal expertise with strong business acumen. Before co-founding Tenacta, he spent over a decade at a leading Czech law firm, rising from student to partner. He is a member of the Czech Bar Association.
