About Yuriy Brisov

Yuriy Brisov is a partner at Digital & Analogue Partners, specialising in digital and transactional law, AI regulation, intellectual property and crypto regulation. His work includes landmark digital-asset transactions, among them Europe’s first crypto-backed bank loan and the State Hermitage Museum’s NFT auction. He leads the firm’s Crypto Trendwatching service and, having graduated summa cum laude from Widener University in the US, holds degrees in philosophy and cultural studies that inform his digital-asset and copyright work. A member of the International Bar Association, he co-authored Law & Economics of Blockchain and teaches on LLM programmes in the US and Europe.
