About Daniel Kaboth

Daniel Kaboth is a certified lawyer for information technology law as well as copyright and media law. Admitted to the Bar in 1998, he worked at two large national law firms and spent ten years as a partner in an IP boutique before becoming a founding partner of TEAL in 2025. He advises clients on the implementation and configuration of AI tools, compliance with the AI Act, and the interplay between AI, copyright and data protection law. Daniel Kaboth is a member of ItechLaw and the DGRI.
