About Marcel Schweizer

Marcel Schweizer focuses on AI-related matters as well as information technology law, advising national and international clients on artificial intelligence, the Digital Decade and the interplay between AI, data protection and IP rights, alongside software law. He provides clients with advice and representation in both litigation and non-litigation matters. Marcel Schweizer studied law at Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich. During his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich, he gained experience at a leading national law firm and in the legal department of a major automotive manufacturer. Following his second state examination, he joined TEAL in 2026.
