About Tobias Schönhöfer

Tobias Schönhöfer focuses on intellectual property and AI-related matters, advising national and international clients on copyright law and the interplay between AI, data protection and IP rights. He provides litigation and non-litigation advice and representation before German courts. Tobias studied law at Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich. During his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich, he gained experience at a boutique firm specialising in sports and IP law. Before joining TEAL, he worked at an international law firm, where he advised national and international clients on patent litigation before German courts and the European Unified Patent Court.
