About Craig Thrift

Craig Thrift is a founding partner of Thrift McLemore, where he advises business owners, investors and entrepreneurs on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, franchising, real estate transactions, commercial contracts and business succession. He previously practised at large national law firms. He has guided more than USD1.6 billion in transactions across the real estate, hospitality, technology, manufacturing and professional services sectors. Craig is a member of the Business Law, Corporate Counsel, Real Property and Franchise and Distribution Sections of the State Bar of Georgia. Craig holds a JD from Washington and Lee University School of Law.
