About Mark Buckland

Mark Buckland is a lawyer at Thrift McLemore, practising from its Atlanta and Macon offices. He advises businesses and their owners on formation, contracts, corporate governance, and partnership and ownership issues, and handles real estate transactions, commercial leasing, taxation, estate planning and probate matters. His practice combines transactional work with the prevention and resolution of disputes among business owners. Mark holds a JD from Mercer University and is a member of the Business Law and Taxation Law Sections of the State Bar of Georgia and of the Macon Bar Association. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian.
