About Todd Bair

Todd Bair co-heads the corporate and commercial practice at Thrift McLemore and has more than 30 years of experience representing companies and their leadership in corporate and commercial transactions, technology, corporate finance and restructuring, real estate and non-profit matters. His career spans large Atlanta law firms, boutique practice and in-house service as general counsel and head of operations for an early-stage software company. He clerked for Judge H Clyde Pearson, former Chief Judge of the US Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Virginia. Todd holds a JD and a BA from Emory University and is admitted in Georgia.
