About Nguyen Minh Duc

Nguyen Minh Duc is a trainee associate at EPLegal, where he supports the firm’s arbitration, ADR and energy practice. He focuses on dispute resolution and enforcement in civil and commercial cases, assisting with the drafting of petitions and legal documents, coordinating case file management and liaising with court clerks to complete procedural requirements. His areas of work span dispute resolution, recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards/judgements, energy and aviation. Duc is currently pursuing membership with relevant professional bodies in Vietnam’s arbitration and ADR community.
