About Tony C. H. Chow

Tony C. H. Chow is a regulatory practitioner focusing on commercial, securities and finance, regulatory and criminal practices. He has extensive experience in defending market misconduct and conspiracy cases involving long trials and appeals. Tony is regularly engaged in investigations conducted by the SFC and HKEX, and is experienced in SFO Section 214 Petitions and Section 213 Actions representing various listed entities and their board members. He has also represented defendants in multiple ramp-and-dump cases. Tony is a member of the Bar’s Committee on Financial and Securities Law, and independent non-executive director of two Hong Kong listed companies. In early 2023, he sat as a deputy magistrate at the West Kowloon Magistracy.
