About Zainab Kamran

Zainab Kamran is a UAE-based lawyer specialising in virtual assets and digital asset regulation. She advises virtual asset service providers, Web3 start-ups, token issuers and exchanges on compliance, licensing and structuring under key UAE regulatory frameworks, including VARA, ADGM, DIFC and SCA. Her work includes legal opinions on token classification, offshore structuring, and advising on UAE marketing and promotions law. Zainab holds an LLM in International Business Law from King’s College London and a Master’s in International Competition and Trade Law from Boğaziçi University, with a focus on cross-border regulatory strategy.
