About Daniel Barreto Gelbecke

Daniel Barreto Gelbecke is a founding partner of Junqueira & Gelbecke Advogados and has a strong background in corporate, regulatory and insurance law. His practice focuses on insurance regulation, corporate governance, compliance and contractual matters related to insurance and reinsurance operations. Daniel previously served as Legal and Compliance Director of a Brazilian insurance company and worked in private practice, advising insurers and corporate clients. He holds a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Law, Justice and Economic Impacts, and is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association and professional forums focused on insurance regulation and corporate law.
