About André Menescal Guedes

André Menescal Guedes is the founding partner of André Menescal Advogados, with over 15 years of experience in corporate law, tax law and complex litigation, advising companies and high net worth individuals on strategic and cross-border matters. He holds executive education certificates in Mergers and Acquisitions (Insper), Negotiation and Leadership (Harvard Law School) and Structural Issues in Law Firm Management (Fordham University School of Law). André also serves as executive director of CIEMA – Centre of Industries of the State of Maranhão and as co-ordinator of the Ceará Chapter of the Brazil–Canada Chamber of Commerce (CCBC). His work combines legal expertise with a business-oriented approach, focusing on efficiency, innovation and long-term value creation. He is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Italian.
