Al Muhalab Al Issai is a senior associate and legal consultant, and a member of the Omani Bar, with extensive experience in private credit, corporate finance, and commercial litigation in Oman. He advises lenders, sponsors, borrowers, and corporates on secured lending, private credit transactions, enforcement strategies, and restructurings, with a practical understanding of how financing structures perform in disputes and insolvency. His practice covers loan and security documentation, guarantees, corporate governance, M&A, and regulatory compliance, supported by court experience. He has been seconded to the SME Authority, where he works alongside financial experts to advise businesses on structuring, financing, and risk management matters. He holds an LLM in International Trade and Commercial Law from Nottingham Trent University.
