She is qualified as an attorney in New York and a solicitor in England & Wales. She acts as a strategic advisor to multinational companies and high net worth individuals, advising across the IT, healthcare, aviation, maritime, and government sectors on complex, cross-border, multi-jurisdictional transactions, including M&A, share purchase, and franchise agreements. A graduate of King’s College London with an LLB in Politics, Philosophy and Law, she is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a WIPO ADR Young member, and has been recognised as an emerging leader in AI policy and governance.
