About Charles Wolofsky

Charles Wolofsky is managing partner of Wolofsky PLLC. He advises companies, private equity firms, entrepreneurs and high-net-worth individuals on cross-border M&A transactions, securities offerings, financial and cryptocurrency regulation, and emerging technology matters. He also maintains an active litigation practice, handling contract enforcement, fiduciary duty claims, takings claims against government entities and international arbitration. Charles is a founding member of the Fordham Law Entrepreneurial Advisory Council. His most recent scholarship, “The U.S. Constitution and the Corporate Transparency Act”, published in the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business Law, received the Susan Lorde Martin Best Constitutional Law Paper award from the Academy of Legal Studies in Business.
