Pedro Javier Reséndez Bocanegra has broad experience representing companies in infrastructure and energy projects in Mexico and Latin America in governmental affairs, corporate and regulatory matters, compliance, and internal investigations. His experience includes the drafting and negotiation of legal reforms, bidding guidelines, and contracts required for project development and project financing, as well as compliance with regulatory controls. Pedro advises companies from different industries, including highly regulated sectors, in internal investigation processes and the design and implementation of effective compliance programmes involving the Mexican regulatory framework as well as the FCPA.
