About Javier Fierro

Javier Fierro is the founder and managing member of AnchorPoint, a Chicago-based boutique focused on private investment funds and investment management. He advises sponsors and investors on fund formation, separately managed accounts, seed and anchor arrangements, and secondary transactions. A former Big Law partner who has practised in Chicago and New York, Javier brings nearly two decades of legal experience. He holds a JD from Northwestern University, an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and a degree in chemical engineering from UCLA. His work also includes developing technology tools to support investment structuring and more efficient legal services.
