About Dimitar Gochev

Dimitar Gochev is a partner at YNG Legal who works with multinational companies operating across Europe. With over 15 years of legal experience, he provides strategic and cross-border legal support in data protection, contract negotiations and taxation. He has advised the Bulgarian Ministry of Finance on legislative amendments to the national anti-money laundering framework. He was also part of the working group formed by the Bulgarian government tasked with MONEYVAL/FATF recommendations. Dimitar is assistant professor and teaches International Law at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”.
