About Radoslav Ivanov

Radoslav Ivanov is the founder and managing partner of IVANOVLEGAL. With more than seven years of "big law" experience, he has extensive expertise in corporate law, venture capital, private equity and M&A. Radoslav is experienced in financing rounds, complex cross-border matters, mid-cap share and asset deals, joint ventures, fund structuring, technology transfer and commercial agreements. He is a lecturer, mentor, advisory board member, and jury member of various start-up competitions. Radoslav is admitted to the Munich Bar Association. He is a graduate of the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and the University of Oxford.
