About Anthony Maceira Zayas

Anthony Maceira Zayas is the managing member of Maceira Zayas, where he practices regulatory, corporate and commercial law and serves as business counsel to clients evaluating and structuring joint ventures. He previously served as Executive Director of the Puerto Rico Ports Authority and as Secretary of Public Affairs of Puerto Rico, public-sector roles tied to the island’s infrastructure and public-private partnership programmes. Anthony advises domestic and international clients on joint ventures, including public-private partnerships, and the regulatory questions those ventures raise. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Energy Bar Association.
