About Carmen Salom

Carmen Salom is a tax associate at Lullius Partners, advising private clients on Spanish personal income tax, wealth tax, the Solidarity Tax on Large Fortunes, inheritance and gift tax, and on the foreign asset reporting obligations under Modelo 720 and Modelo 721. She regularly assists HNWI clients in tax controversy matters, with particular focus on the documentary and procedural defence of high net worth taxpayers during AEAT inspections and on appeals before the Regional Economic-Administrative Courts. Carmen is a member of the Illustrious Bar Association of the Balearic Islands.
