About Xavier Rubert Fiol

Xavier Rubert Fiol is the managing partner of Lullius Partners and leads the firm’s tax controversy and private client practices. Prior to founding Lullius Partners, he accumulated more than ten years of experience at leading international and Spanish law firms. He has more than fifteen years’ experience advising international high net worth individuals, families and family businesses on Spanish tax matters with cross-border dimensions, with particular focus on inbound relocation under Article 93 of the Personal Income Tax Act, the structuring of US and UK-connected wealth, and tax disputes before the AEAT and the Spanish economic-administrative and contentious-administrative courts. Xavier is a member of the Illustrious Bar Association of the Balearic Islands.
